The overall scope of this conference is to offer an interdisciplinary, international forum for sharing knowledge about the application of Geoinformatics with focus on developing countries.

The content is twofold and participative. There will be professional training and workshops about current topics in the fields of Photogrammetry and Geoinformatics as well as reports (presentations) from the participants about applications and developments in their countries.

The program committee welcomes papers in all areas of Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Geoinformatics until *May 15, 2009*, the closing date for Early Bird Registration.
